We accept returns on all full-price orders within 5 days from the day the merchandise is delivered to your home. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a credit. It must have tags on it or we cannot accept. We will not accept bralettes, swimwear, lettings, bras, workout wear, beauty or skincare products for return. Those are all final sale. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not offer refunds unless an item is damaged. If your item appears to have been worn, smells as if been worn or contains pet hair, we will refuse the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will not refund shipping.

We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns. We can offer exchanges if we still have an item in the size you need it.

Be sure to include your name, and order number, address and email in the message. Return Authorizations are given via email only.

Please include with your return a copy of your order including your contact information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your a store credit to be applied to your account. You will receive a confirmation by messenger when your return is complete.

International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

We are not responsible for lost packages. You must contact your local post office to ask for GPS tracking or file an insurance claim if your order was mailed priority. Once we drop off your package with the post office, we are not responsible for it getting to you. That is the responsibility of UPS or the USPS. Please direct any lost package questions to your local post office.

In India, jewelry making has long been a part of the unregulated craft sector, and unfortunately, is notorious for the use of child labor and unfair labor practices. By partnering with a fair trade producer, we can ensure that no children are involved in the making of our jewelry and that the artisans are paid upfront and fairly. A variety of techniques and materials to create our jewelry collections. The metal in the fair trade jewelry is brass – if it appears to be silver or gold, it’s been electroplated. The shapes are either die-cut or casted with a mold, and wood and bone components are mostly cut by hand. Once all the components have been formed, they’re assembled by hand into necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings.
